The living room is bright and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a TV for relaxing evenings, and a fold-out sofa for extra sleeping space if you need it. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking or longer stays. Just off the kitchen is a dining space where you can share a meal, work remotely, or plan your day. Whether you're making breakfast before heading out or bringing home takeout, the space is practical and easy to use. Zelta has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, in a quiet neighborhood that makes for a good night's sleep. There's also a clean bathroom and in-home laundry, which comes in handy on longer stays. Out back, the large yard is a peaceful spot to get some fresh air or unwind after a busy day. Guests are welcome to park in the attached one-car garage, and the long driveway has room for more vehicles. The detached two-car garage at the back of the yard is not part of the rental and is not available to guests. The location is one of the best things about Zelta. The home sits on Wichita's east side with quick access to shopping, dining, and major roads. You're just minutes from restaurants like Scotch & Sirloin, Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, Red Robin, Chipotle, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Olive Garden, and Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen.
